2. Use of the Website

You must not misuse the website by knowingly introducing viruses or attempting to gain unauthorised access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.

3. Vehicle Listings

All vehicles listed on our website are subject to availability.
While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, details such as mileage, specifications, or features may vary and should be confirmed at the time of purchase.
Vehicle descriptions and prices may change without prior notice.

4. Part Exchange

When offering a vehicle in part exchange, you must confirm you are the legal owner and that the vehicle is free from any undisclosed finance or legal claims.
We reserve the right to inspect and revalue the part exchange vehicle before accepting it.

5. Deposits & Payments

A deposit may be required to reserve a vehicle. This deposit is typically non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Full payment must be made before vehicle handover. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and other forms as specified by us.

6. Vehicle Delivery

We may offer delivery services for an additional fee.
Delivery times are estimates only. Delays caused by events outside our control do not entitle you to compensation.

7. Warranties

Vehicles may come with a limited warranty. Details will be provided at the point of sale.
Any additional warranty or service packages will be subject to separate terms.

8. Finance Applications

Finance is offered through third-party partners, subject to status and affordability checks.
By submitting a finance application, you consent to your information being shared with our finance partners.

9. Returns & Cancellations

Returns may be accepted under specific circumstances and within a set period, subject to our discretion and any statutory rights.
Custom agreements or special orders may not be eligible for returns.

10. Liability

AL Prestige Cars shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We are not responsible for errors or omissions on our website.
Our total liability under any contract shall not exceed the value of the vehicle purchased.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, images, and text, are the property of AL Prestige Cars or its licensors and must not be copied or reproduced without permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

AL PRESTIGE CARS LTD is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, FRN: 936370. All finance is subject to status and income. Written Quotation on request. We act as a credit broker not a lender. We work with a number of carefully selected credit providers who may be able to offer you finance for your purchase. We are only able to offer finance products from these providers.

We are a credit broker and not a lender. We can introduce you to a limited number of lenders and their finance products. We are not an independent financial advisor and we act as their agent for this introduction. We may advise you on the products, subject to your personal circumstances, though you are not obliged to take our advice or recommendation. We do not charge you a fee for our services. Whichever lender we introduce you to, we will typically receive commission from them (either a fixed fee or a fixed percentage of the amount you borrow). For your reassurance, all of the lenders we work with could pay commission at different rates, but the commission we receive does not influence the interest rate you will pay. Our aim is to secure finance for you at the lowest interest rate you are eligible for from our panel of lenders. If you ask us what the amount of commission is, we will tell you in good time before the Finance agreement is executed. All finance applications are subject to status, terms and conditions apply, UK residents only, 18’s or over. Guarantee may be required.

There are several ways to make a complaint. You can contact us on the phone or face to face, or you can send your enquiry to us in a letter or an email to AL PRESTIGE CARS LTD – alprestigecarsltd@gmail.com. Upon receipt, we will refer your complaint to the individual/department best equipped to respond to your complaint.

Your complaint will be thoroughly investigated and we will provide you with the outcome of such investigations as soon as possible (please allow 7-10 working days for a formal written response). Where appropriate, you will receive details of any proposed action to resolve the reported issues and if necessary, you will be given an apology.

If you are not happy with our response, and you are an eligible complainant, you can escalate your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman, you must do so within six months of the date of the final response letter.
